The main task of the vapor barrier foil, is to protect the thermal insulation layer, against moisture forming inside the building.
Therefore, the vapor barrier foil is used primarily to perform the vapor barrier in the skeletal structures of walls, roofs and ceilings. It works well as a layer against damp under the floors and concretes. Also ideal as an insulating layer under the floor panels.
It is made of low density polyethylene (LDPE) having a thickness of 20 microns ± 30%. Standard color is yellow, but on request we can customize the color of film.
